A. Jeanne Grove’s primary practice areas are San Francisco Rent Control law, and business and real estate litigation. She represents and advises business owners and property owners in a wide range of real estate and commercial matters, including purchase/sale and co-ownership disputes, nondisclosure claims, quiet title actions, partitions, insurance coverage matters, boundary disputes and leases.
Jeanne acquired her J.D. at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2004. She received her B.A. in Political Science and French at the University of California at Los Angeles, where she graduated an Alumni Scholar. Jeanne is admitted to practice in all the state courts of California, as well as the United States District Courts of the Northern District and Central District of California.
Jeanne is currently a member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, the Bar Association of San Francisco, and the Filipino Bar Association of Northern California. In 2008-2009, she also served as Executive Committee Board Member of the Filipino American Services Group, Inc., a nonprofit group committed to improving health care and social services for the elderly Filipino American community.
Jeanne joined the firm in 2004 and after a brief period in Southern California rejoined in 2009.
